The “Pfotenhilfe-Europa” is yet another long standing project of “Pfotenhilfe-Ungarn "and reaches not only as far as Hungary, but endeavors to extend their activities in all of Europe.
This podium shall strive to collect the grievances due to the problems of unwanted pets and stray dogs Europe-wide, and to help find solutions for these problems.

The trouble with over-population of strays is still being tackled with mass killings. In the past years, the number of strays has not been reduced but sadly the opposite is true. The numbers have in fact increased. Mathematically speaking, from one single female, 2700 unwanted dogs are produced within 5 years.

Nevertheless, the politicians in Europe still don’t find it necessary to ultimately incure a wide-sweeping policy to enforce castration measures. This would result in a long-term end to the senseless suffering.
Cruelty to animals is practiced daily in many European countries and the existing laws, installed to protect animals are simply ignored.

This project began with a shortage of 99 signatures and is initiated by many helpers who say,”Enough is enough!”
