Reference: Stop the killing in Bosnia and Herzegovina

petition text: * Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, Because of the discovery of a dead fox, which had been diagnosed with rabies, uncountable animals will be shot now, on an official command. Also there are more and more poisoned animals found and the guess, that big poisoning campaigns were arranged by the authorities, is obvious. Also cats and dogs, which have a home, are simply killed, it is not asked if they are vaccinated, or not. Although there were rules given by the KJKP RAD, which animal can be shot by the hunters, it is very questionable, if a hunter is able to appraise and to interpret the behaviour and the signs of sickness of the cats and dogs. And also, if they would take their time to do so. There are defined communities, in which the shooting should be in effect, but it is killed in other communities, too. The shooting is a glaring invitation to a mass murder! The shooting is an affront against nature! The shooting is not worthy of a provincial government! A Government fulfils a role. Teach by such decisions that murder is a fix! I ask you, to become aware of the responsibility that you have against all creatures of your country and I request that you stop the mass murders and that you are not going to use them as the solution of the problem.
