text of petition: * Dear Mister Ahmet Cakir, within the last two month, more than 250 dogs and cats have been killed beastly by poisoning, in your city Mardogan. Animals, which were neutered and which were no menace for the people. For a city, situated in a country, which wants to become a member of the EC, this situation is not acceptable. It is unapprehensible, that such cruelties happen in a country, which enunciated the first animal welfare act in the world. I, myself, request that you curb these outrageous going-ons immediately.
